Hi one and all. I now have over two million photos that my family and friends want to see (at least that's what they tell me)! I will periodically put them here for all to see. They will be a mixture of world travel, family, genealogy, art, and my true love - Mother Nature or as Albert Einstein called Her, the Old Wise One! I also spend a lot of time preserving the old photographs of family and olden times that may show up here - some are well over 100 years old.
However, to look at the individual pictures just click on the first picture and then hit the arrow at the right or left of the first pictures to see the rest at your own pace.
If you get a chance drop me a note at [email protected] and we can catch up. You can also also comment on the galleries by entering the "guestbook" feature for each gallery. I'm always looking for the old pictures - I'll save you a spot if you have any to share. I have been to over 120 countries if you have any special requests I probably have something to share!

WHEN SHOWING THE OLD PHOTOS, I HAD A CHOICE - TAKE OUT THE ONES WITH OLD GIRLFRIENDS, BOYFRIENDS, EARLIER SPOUSES, ETC. I ELECTED TO KEEP THE PHOTOS AS THE CAMERA TOOK THEM!
I have also had comments that some of the material is too sad, such as death notices and newspaper articles, many of which are close family members. Because I am deeply into the genealogy of my family I will always share any information I have that depicts names, dates, places, and circumstances. I hope this is acceptable with my family and others.
I took the picture of this beautiful dog in central Greenland - she wasn't at all interested in me, just wanting to join her master nearby. It is one of my favorite photos.
The "family albums" jump all over the place and cover both sides of my kid's genealogy - the Gurner's and the Richard's. Here you will find thousands of the old photographs and other miscellaneous material regarding our families - the marriages, baptisms, death notices, grandparents, great-grandparents, family friends and all the other incidental stuff that may be boring to many of you, but which make up the facts and legends of any family history.
One of my friends asked if I ever threw anything away - the answer is NO! If you plow through these Family stories I'm sure you will find yourself somewhere. Again, if there are ???'s on the photo I need help - who, where, when and why.
